ESOL qualifications

Level:
Entry 3
Entry requirements:
This course is for students living in the UK permanently whose second language is English, including asylum seekers and refugees or EU Citizens. There or no formal entry requirements, but students must have an Entry 3 standard of English.
Course content:
Students study English in the context of business.
You will develop your English for: writing letters and memos; making telephone calls; taking messages; researching a project; filling in job application forms; preparing a CV. In Office Skills you will also learn: touch typing; word processing; database; spreadsheets; e-mails. In the Introduction to Business and Administration course you will do: word proce4ssing & using the internet.
Course Structure:
A fully integrated course with a focus on language development within the area of Business and Office Skills taught by a team of specialists. Course runs three days a week 9.30-2.45.
Course resources:
well equipped ESOL & IT resources. All students have access to our fully equipped state of the art learning centre. This included free internet access.

Fees Info
The fee where stated is an 'INCLUSIVE FEE' for UK/EU students. This fee includes the tuition fee, examination fee and exam board registration fee. You may have to pay extra for materials for the course. If you are under 19 years or you are in receipt of an income related benefit the course and exam fee is FREE. Students aged 60+ years pay 70% of this fee. Students aged 19+ will also have to pay a College Registration Fee of £30 once per academic year.
