introduction
There are 11 systems in the human body, many of which interact in a complex way to bring your body into functioning and motion. You will learn and explore how some of these body systems responds and adapts to stress placed upon it. After completing this course you should be able to better understand the structures and functions of the main body systems (skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular and respiratory) and how they respond to physical demands. You will also learn the different reactions that happen in each structure of the different body systems.
