Health
When you enrol as a student at STCL, you will be given a Welcome Pack, which includes information about coming to the UK, arriving in London and starting your studies at the college. Before you travel, you will need to plan some things in advance- please see below for more information.
Medical and Health Care
Non-EU Nationals who are registered for a study programme of more than 6 months, and all EU Nationals, can receive medical care, including hospital treatment, from the UK's National Health Service (NHS). Much of this treatment is free.
However, all students should arrange insurance that covers the costs of returning home in a medical emergency.
If you are not an EU national and you are coming to the UK to study for less than 6 months, you must arrange private medical insurance.
To arrange instant cover with the International Student Insurance Policy, save 10% and access documents online, Please visit Endsleigh's website.
