The New Facilities
The new facilities include:
- Campus style new building around a central courtyard
- Industry standard hair and beauty salons
- Sports England standard gym and aerobics area
- Learning Resource centre with an internet café and latest computer technology
- Music and television recording studio with editing facilities
- Photography studio and dark rooms
We have also completely refurbished the Grade 2 listed building that faces onto Wandsworth High street, maintaining the beautiful old wooden floors and staircase alongside some fantastic new facilities for our students. These include:
- Performance theatre for dance and drama
- Theatre Green room and changing rooms
- A brand new Higher Education zone equipped with its own Learning Resource centre and common room for students

Christian Johnson, Computing
Computing student Christian Johnson competed with the top IT students in the country in the Microsoft IT Technician final as part of World Skills UK and won a silver medal. The gruelling three day competition tested many areas of the students’ computing expertise such as installing hardware and software and managing users though a server. His tutor Andrew Massey said “Christian is an outstanding BTEC National IT student with great skills. He got that way by constantly pushing the limits of his knowledge. He often tried out new things in class, tackling challenges he set for himself and practicing things he already knew. Winning a silver medal over an intense, two-day national competition clearly makes him one of the best IT Technicians in the country.”
