If you need to prepare a business plan for a small or medium sized business or charity this course is for you. You'll get an introduction to the resources and financial tools you need and find out how to put together an effective plan for your business.
You'll learn through group and individual exercises. At the end of the course you'll understand:
- What makes an effective business plan
- What is involved in a business plan
- The importance and need of a business plan
- Resources and financial tools required.
Through teacher feedback and individual learning plans as well as student and peer self-assessment.
You'll need good spoken and written English.
There may be materials you need to help with your studies. You'll either make a one-off payment for these when you enrol, or you'll buy them during the course. Your tutor will talk to you about this at interview or in your first class (if you don't need an interview).
Depending on your course and circumstances, you may be able to get funding to help with materials fees. Please check with us when you come in for interview or enrolment.
