You'll gain insight and experience in areas such as:
- Food preparation

- Have no qualifications at Level 4 or higher eg a HNC.
There is a reasonable fee to cover the cost of the food and materials you'll use for assessments. You'll also need to buy your uniform for the restaurant or kitchen. Our team will discuss this with you and any other items you need for college.
You could go straight into work after your apprenticeship - we have contacts with many local employers so we often know when a job is available. Many of our apprentices stay on with the company they started with. You'll be able to talk to your apprenticeship assessor about the options available to you.
