Data Protection and Security - Level 2 - TOOTING

This FREE course will develop your understanding and knowledge of Data Protection and Data security legislation. You will achieve a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.

  • Entry Requirements


    To join this course you must be 19 years old or over, be legally allowed to live and work in the UK and have lived in the UK or EU for the last 3 years. You must also pass a short assessment for English and maths.

    Introduction to Data Protection and Security: understanding current data protection legislation, organisational procedures concerning data, threats to ICT systems and data and the consequences of not protecting data.

  • Course Structure


    This FREE course will be distance learning over 8 weeks with some face to face meetings with an assessor - ensuring all government guidelines for coronavirus are being carried out; handwashing, wearing a face covering and social distancing.

  • Assessment Details


    You will need to complete the learning resources provided (workbooks) which will be marked and assessed. Once completed, you will be awarded a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.
