Are Your Colleges Safe?

We take the safety of our students very seriously. We want them to thrive in a safe and secure environment which is why we have policies and procedures in place to protect their wellbeing. We have a zero tolerance attitude to the use of illegal drugs and we have an anti-bullying strategy in place which includes zero tolerance of cyberbullying and internet misuse. We also have a Designated Safeguarding Officer and a team of nominated safeguarding staff who are placed across the College community.

Is there Disability Support?

The Additional Learning Support Team can provide support for students with learning difficulties, disabilities and mental health issues. Students with mental health issues will be referred on for the appropriate support. The team can be contacted by email: This email address is being protected from spambots. 92% of our students went on to their chosen next step

We have fantastic progression rates within the Group and some of the best success and destination rates in London. Last year, 92% of our students went on to their chosen next step, either a good job or higher level study at one of their first choice universities.

With our very high student outcomes and satisfaction levels we are very proud of the quality of education we offer.

Health and Wellbeing

The College Counsellor offers a professional confidential counselling service. Each College runs promotions and events throughout the year to support students to make positive changes and adopt healthy lifestyles.

Is Extra Support for Learning Available?

Yes. We can help if a student has specific learning difficulties or needs extra help with literacy, numeracy, study skills or requires special consideration for exams. Our Additional Learning Support Team can advise on what is available.

Learning Support

What can a Parent/Carer Expect from the College?

We believe that parents or guardians of students under 18 years of age will play a vital role in ensuring student success and we are committed to maintaining a productive and successful relationship with you. To this end we will communicate with you on a regular basis and will always welcome enquiries from you on progress or any other concerns. You will receive:

  • An invitation to a parents’ induction evening to meet personal tutors.
  • Prompt contact in the event of poor attendance or concerns relating to course progress.
  • An invitation to attend two parents’ consultations in each academic year.
  • Progress reports twice a year.

What Kind of Support can Students Expect?

We have a dedicated Student Support Service Team who are available to support students with any difficulties or worries, offering pastoral support as well as Enrichment opportunities. It is important to us that students are given the opportunity to reach their full potential whilst with us. Our Careers Advice Team is here to support all our students and help them to achieve their goals.
