In this course, you will explore your own possibilities of self-healing and meditation.
Self-healing is a natural ability that requires a little bit of practice to develop. We can all acquire some degree of healing skills through practice. You will practice in class in groups and also one to one to get used to the flow of the energies.
At the end of the course you will be able to:
- Understand what natural self-healing abilities are
- Develop some of these natural abilities
- Combine relaxation/ meditation with self-healing
- Use some healing tools such as crystals or sound
