Zhineng Qigong also spelt "Chi Kung" is a form of moving meditation that uses standing postures and movement. It also uses gentle movements to connect our body's energies to the energies of the Earth and the Universe. You will learn to open your main energy gateways and how to bring new energies into our bodies.
Through posture, movement, breath and mental focus you will move this "Chi" through your organs, muscles, bones and joints. As you direct the flow of "chi" into your body you will get healthier and improve your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
