This course aims to provide a supportive environment for both native and non-native speakers of English who have some experience of English Grammar and wish to improve further. The aim is to improve your spoken and written English in work and social situations.
By the end of the course you'll be able to identify and use:
the subjunctive (e.g. If I were you )
- whom/who correctly
You should have completed English Grammar Beginners course and English Grammar Intermediate 1 courses or be comfortable with the topics covered in these courses.
There may be materials you need to help with your studies. You'll either make a one-off payment for these when you enrol, or you'll buy them during the course. Your tutor will talk to you about this at interview or in your first class (if you don't need an interview).
Depending on your course and circumstances, you may be able to get funding to help with materials fees. Please check with us when you come in for interview or enrolment.
