This course is ideal for those who suffer back problems. You will take part in practical demonstrations and practice with other students, whilst also learning via short presentations on theory and history behind the therapy.
This course is for people who want to learn the basic principles of Alexander Technique, a therapy which involves learning correct posture and how to stand, sit, walk and carry without stressing your spine.

None, though students will need to be willing to touch and correct posture on other people.
Please bring a folder, notebook and pen to your classes.
