Yogalates combines yoga with Pilates and focuses on increasing your strength, suppleness and stamina. The course is suitable for all ages and abilities including those with some experience of yoga.
You'll study the basic postures to allow you to exercise your whole body safely. It's suitable for all ages because you'll work within your own limits to increase strength, suppleness and stamina. Yoga is about bringing harmony into life through a balance of physical exercises combined with concentration and breathing control.
