Diploma in Performing And Production Arts - Level 2


Explore your skills and expertise as an actor or dancer and gain some vital experience of rehearsing and performing in front of an audience. You will perform different types of scripts and dances to help develop and demonstrate your practical abilities. You'll develop your collaborative skills and learn to work with performers and technicians and start to pick up what it takes to get into the Performing Arts Industry.


Written and practical assignments including performances, composition and technical tasks.

Entry Requirements

Three GCSEs at grade 4 / D or above OR a relevant Level 1 qualification plus English and maths assessed by us to be at an appropriate level. For the music pathway, you'll also have an audition and have some basic aural assessments in order to make sure the course is a good match for you.


There may be materials you need to help with your studies. You'll either make a one-off payment for these when you enrol, or you'll buy them during the course. Your tutor will talk to you about this at interview or in your first class (if you don't need an interview).

Depending on your course and circumstances, you may be able to get funding to help with materials fees. Please check with us when you come in for interview or enrolment.
