At our Hospitality and Catering Academy you'll learn from the best. Our tutors have years of industry experience and you'll get tips from visiting experts - Bruno Loubet and Albert Roux have both given masterclasses to our students. You'll study in our Academy which is kitted out with everything you need to get ahead - from new professional kitchens, a specialist pastry kitchen and Taste, our commercial restaurant where you'll hone your skills catering to paying customers.
To give you the best practical experience we line up work placements with major high-profile restaurants, and enter national competitions. You could be working with professional chefs in the fast-paced environment of top restaurants and major event venues such as Wimbledon and Twickenham Stadium, and winning gold at the World Skills competition in Birmingham.
We also have part-time, informal courses if you're an amateur chef who's been inspired by the Great British Bake Off or MasterChef.
