Over 60 student course representatives from across the three campuses came together for the college's annual Learner Conference organised by the Enrichment Team.
The event saw students collaborate with College directors and senior managers to suggest ways of improving student engagement and then present their ideas to the packed conference room at the Hospitality and Catering Academy.
To mark LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) History Month, Layton Williams star of BBC Three comedy series Bad Education visited our students to talk about challenging homophobia bullying.
The gay actor is a supporter of Stonewall's Role Models programme, a scheme which provides young people with the opportunity to meet prominent and successful members of the LGBT community, whether from entertainment, industry, business or public life.
Students on the College’s Prince’s Trust Team Programme were visited by The Musketeers actor and Celebrity Ambassador for the charity, Howard Charles.
Howard, who plays Porthos in the BBC One series, met the Team from the Wandsworth Campus at the Glenthorpe and St. Margaret Housing Scheme in Putney where they were completing their community project to help the residents repaint two of their lounge areas.
