    You need to have lived in the EU for three years and be aged 19+. You will need to be confident with written English in order to meet the required standards.

    This distance learning programme will enable you to further your personal and professional development and gain new knowledge and understanding.

    This course will cover the following:

    Principles of team leading Understanding business Understanding how to communicate work-related information Understanding how to deliver customer service and resolve problems Understanding how to develop working relationships with colleagues

    This course is fully funded, meaning there is no cost to you.

    On completion you will gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.

    You can learn at a time that suits you without the need to attend college.

    The course is totally flexible so you can start whenever you wish.

    The course will be completed online and takes approx. 8 weeks to complete.
