Dr Sharon Young - Head of Partnerships

stella raphael reevesSharon oversees the Business Partnerships and Schools Partnerships Teams to engage and inspire young learners into vocational careers through our STCG provision and equip them with the skills needed for our future workforce and employers. She is responsible for strategic business development and engagement across the group.

 

Rebecca Dalton - Business Partnerships Manager

rebecca daltonRebecca is responsible for developing new employer partnerships across STCG and ensuring our offer to employers is current and relevant. She works closely with local and regional bodies including Chambers of Commerce, local authorities, NHS and the GLA. She has extensive experience in Apprenticeship Recruitment and regularly delivers educational talks for schools and colleges.

 

Charlotte Howard - Business Partnership and Work Placement Manager

charlotte howardCharlotte is responsible for developing new and existing employer relationships across STCG and scoping apprenticeship opportunities that are relevant to industry and labour market information. Charlotte's background is in the construction industry with a particular focus on the Green Skills Agenda. She regularly hosts events to promote retrofit and green career opportunities

Margaret Moore - Business Coordinator

margaret moore Maggie supports the team with business administration, answering queries and hosting events. She works extensively with Job Centres and other community partners across the four STCG locations to offer employability skills and share our STCG offers for both young learners and adults aged 19+.

Max Newark-Symonds - Business Administration Apprentice

Max Newark-SymondsMax is part of the team to learn about Business and Apprenticeship Administration in an FE setting. He  supports the team in liaising with employers and partners. His organisational skills and social media experience also support the Local Skills Improvement Fund Project Manager.
