BTEC Level 3 Public Services students enjoyed an informative online MS Teams session with John Ryan, Borough Commander for the London Fire Brigade This was a very interesting and useful session with John discussing his role and responsibilities and his many years’ of experience in the London Fire Brigade. John discussed how the LFB respond to major incidents, the importance of leadership, discipline and teamwork and much more.
Ciaran Fox, Public Services Lecturer, commented: “The students asked lots of questions and interacted well. I was delighted with the session and the participation by all the students."
