Megan says: “I chose a BTEC as I felt that there was more of a variety with course choices than Sixth form. I like how relaxed college life is, I didn’t feel like I was still stuck in secondary school. I chose Kingston College because of the diversity which made me feel more comfortable.

“I accepted a place to study Diagnostic Radiography at London South Bank University which I am able to do because I took a BTEC in Health and Social Care. I really enjoyed the College trips, such as The Royal College of Nursing as it was different from a classroom environment, but also very educational. College life is what I expected: more chilled out and easier to talk with teachers and a flexible schedule.”
